The hotel was never more than 20mins from anywhere (shopping, restaurants, attractions). The staff was incredibly friendly. The organization of everything from valet, to check in, to requesting something from housekeeping. The easy, zero hassle of checkout.

Lovely chic hotel in right in the middle of downtown Columbus in the heart of it all. Close to so many venues. Bed and pillows and room temp, super comfortable. Nice restaurant on site. Outside pool and hottub also nice add ons for summer vibes.

The staff was very accommodating to all our requests and even went out of their way to get us dish soap. It was also very nice of the restaurant staff to let us play boardgames at night at a table in the restaurant.

The ladies/gentlemen in the dining area were working their tails off to keep guests from waiting too long for a seat. Everyone was very kind and accommodating. Food was hot and delicious.
